Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Career Quiver ("the Service"), operated by Unmasked Logic LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Career Quiver is an AI-powered job search toolkit that helps users build professional profiles, generate tailored resumes for specific job postings, identify hiring software used by employers, and prepare for interviews. The Service is currently in development and is provided on an early-access basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@careerquiver.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresentative resumes or application materials.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all professional profile data, resume content, and other information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use Your Content to provide the Service to you — including processing it through AI models to generate documents and analyses.

You represent that Your Content is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

7. AI-Generated Content

Career Quiver uses AI to generate resume content, job analyses, cover letters, and interview feedback. AI-generated outputs are tools to assist you — they may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee that any generated resume will result in a job interview or offer.

8. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for paid plans is as displayed on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All paid plans include a 7-day Pro trial at launch. No credit card is required for the free tier.

9. Refunds

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at hello@careerquiver.com for a full refund. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unmasked Logic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email (if you have an account) or by a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
