Most people applying for jobs right now aren't failing because they're underqualified. They're failing because the system filtering their resumes doesn't know how to read them.

In 2021, Harvard Business School and Accenture published research showing that 88% of employers admit qualified candidates are being screened out by their own hiring software before a recruiter ever sees the application. This isn't an edge case โ€” it's the default experience for millions of job seekers.

The average job search in 2025 takes five months. Most of that time is spent applying to roles where the resume never reached a human. People blame themselves โ€” their experience, their writing, their credentials โ€” when the real problem is a technical one: their resume isn't formatted for the system it's going through.
